BOOTH PROMOTIONS
Promotions can provide that spark that makes your exhibit stand out to attendees. Contests, giveaways and hospitality are all great ways to draw traffic into your booth. If you would like to sponsor a special promotion in your booth, we can provide exposure in a supplement to the Architectural Digest Home Design Show Directory. We will publish the details of your programs, product presentations, parties or other special events, allowing you to reach industry professionals and decision-makers.

DIRECTORY

The Show Directory, including schedule of events, floor plan and exhibitor list, is distributed on-site to all attendees. Each exhibiting company is asked to submit information for the free listing in the directory. If necessary, an addendum to the Directory will be printed to include new exhibitors or to list changes to booth locations. The directory form should be completed by 2/12/10. SHOW LOGO & BANNER ADS

Click here to download The Architectural Digest Home Design Show logo and banner ads to post on your website. This is a great way to promote your involvement! Exhibitors are welcome to include the logo in advertising and on other printed materials as well.


MAILING LISTS

We can provide you with lists of prospective Architectural Digest Home Design Show attendees, sorted by professional category and state, to increase your visibility before the show. Use these lists for special promotions, invitations and product information to increase traffic to your space.

FREE PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

Let us assist you in promoting your company’s participation in Architectural Digest Home Design Show. We've made it easy for you to invite your own area clients to see you at the Show. To supplement the e-mails, fax blasts, newsletters, postcards and full program brochure that we already send out, we will provide you with additional materials and show invitations to distribute to your contacts.

GET GREAT PRESS

MMPI staffs a Press Room at the show where editors can obtain information about exhibitors. We encourage all exhibitors to deliver 25-35 press kits to the Press Room from 10 am-5 pm Wednesday, March 17 (the last day of set-up). SELLING AT THE SHOW

Exhibitors may choose to sell items and/or stock an inventory at the show. Hand-carryable items will require a paid receipt to be taken out of the show. Larger items may only be removed from your display after the conclusion of the show (6 p.m. on Sunday, March 21.) Arrange for furniture purchases to be picked up or delivered to the buyer on Monday, March 22, during move-out hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
