We've made it easy for you to invite your clients to attend NeoCon. Below please find a list of helpful marketing tools that you should take advantage of. Customize and send out the Exhibitor HTML Invite to your clients or incorporate the NeoCon logo into other invitations or materials for your marketing campaign.

 

  • NeoCon Exhibitor HTML Invitation- Send a customizable HTML to your clients inviting them to both NeoCon and your booth/showroom. This is an easy way to let your clients know where you will be located at the show and a great way to share your booth details with attendees. You can also place images in the HTML to make it more visually appealing and specially tailored to your booth/showroom. NeoCon creates the HTML, you tailor it to your company and then send it to your clients...it is that simple!

 

  • NeoCon Logo- Receive the NeoCon logo to place in your marketing materials letting your clients know you will be in the show.

 

  •  NeoCon President's Day Form- Invite your company president to your booth or showroom on the last day of the show, Wednesday, June 13th and let attendees know about it. Purchase the 2011 Post Show mailing list of attendees, selected by professional category and state, to increase your visibility before NeoCon. Use the mailing list for special promotions, invitations, product information and to increase the traffic to your showroom/booth. Please note that the list only includes mailing addresses and must be sent to a licensed bonded mailing house of your choice.
