*There is no additional charge to use the Advance shipment option.  Collect or uncrated shipments cannot be accepted.  Freight will be in your booth when you arrive.  There is a handling charge applied for any delivery arriving outside of this timeframe.  The advance receiving warehouse does not accept shipments on weekends or holidays.

**Shipments must arrive WED, July 21 – THURS, July 22, 2010 all day between 8 am - 3 pm, and FRI, July 23, 2010 between 8 am - 1 pm.  Instruct your carrier to arrive early and not withdraw from the line until your merchandise has been delivered.  There is a handling charge applied for any delivery arriving outside of this timeframe.  The handling charge is $55.00 per 100lbs, and it is applied to shipments that arrive outside the designated shipping schedules stated above OR to shipments that exceed the freight size limitations or that arrive loose and uncrated.  Please read the Exhibitor manual for complete information.

SET-UP HOURS: (Please note: the building’s dock CLOSES at 3 pm)

DISMANTLING HOURS: (Please note: the building’s dock CLOSES at 3 pm)
TUES, July 27 · 3 – 7 pm
WED, July 28 · 8 am – 4 pm
 
 
Freight and Personally Owned Vehicle (POV) Load Out Hours*
TUES, July 27 (POVs only) · The loading of POV’s will begin upon the completion of the return of empties.
WED, July 28 · 8 am – 3 pm
*All freight will be rerouted after 3 pm on Wednesday, July 28 if carrier fails to pick-up during the scheduled times above.
