We’ve made it easy for you to invite your own area clients to attend NeoCon. To supplement letters, newsletters, postcards and a full program brochure that have already been sent out, we will provide you with additional materials and show invitations to distribute to your clients.

- NeoCon World’s Trade Fair 2008 Exhibitor VIP Invitation-allows you to invite your clients to visit you at NeoCon. ***NEW for 2008 the VIP invitation is available electronically. You can either request a VIP post card or an electronic version (VIP e-vite). Each invitation includes an area to write a message and your booth number. Each exhibitor can request up to 50 invitations for FREE (while supplies last) or receive the VIP invitation electronically to forward on (at no cost) to all of your clients and prospects. - NeoCon World’s Trade Fair 2008 Logo -Add the NeoCon World’s Trade Fair 2008 logo to your advertisements and direct mail pieces with a digital file of the NeoCon logo. Click HERE to complete the form to request a digital logo to be emailed to you in the coming days for your marketing efforts or download the Promotional Request Form from the FORMS section of this manual.
** Please note, the MMPI Marketing Communications team must approve all copy where the NeoCon logo and name is being used for any exhibitor marketing purposes.

NeoCon is your chance to shine and we encourage you to be creative with your showroom/booth promotions and giveaways. However, distributing promotional materials in all common areas, corridors and lobbies of The Merchandise Mart and the 350 Building is PROHIBITED without prior permission from Show Management!!!
Mailing Lists
The Merchandise Mart can provide you with lists of past attendees, selected by professional category and state, to increase your visibility before NeoCon. Use them for special promotions, invitations, product information and to increase the traffic to your showroom/booth. To order NeoCon past attendees lists, please complete the post-show attendee list request form in the Order Forms section of this manual. President’s Day
Feedback from buyers and specifiers indicates that they want more communication with company leadership and desire a more personal relationship with the manufacturers. Meet the Presidents Day will allow architects, designers, facilities professionals, dealers and end users to access the leadership of your company so that they can get to know you better.
We will list all participating manufacturers and company presidents in complimentary on-site posters and in our pre-show and on-site promotions to over 200,000 potential attendees, encouraging them to visit the Mart on the last day of the show to meet company presidents in their showrooms and booths from 10am-12pm on Wednesday, June 11.
