Located on the first floor of The Merchandise Mart, our facility is 100% AV and wireless equipped, and provides ample privacy in spacious and bright rooms. We will support your meeting with fabulous food that only a Cooking School teeming with chefs can provide, and if you wish to spice up your meeting, add some hands on or demonstration cooking activity to your meeting. Holiday Inn Mart Plaza
Need additional meeting space during NeoCon 2012.The Holiday Inn Mart Plaza, adjacent to the Merchandise Mart at 350 N. Orleans, offers the most convenient meeting facilities during the show.  For more information, please contact John Dexter with the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza at 312-836-5000.  Space is limited and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis.

 

IIDA Headquarters
It's not too early to start thinking about NeoCon 2012!  The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) announces the availability of its LEED Gold certified Conference and Learning Center for use during NeoCon, Sunday, June 10th to Wednesday, June 13th, 2012.     

 

This 4,000 square foot venue can accommodate small intimate business meetings in the boardrooms, large 100 person theater-style presentations in the conference room, or larger social events combining the three rooms and the pre/post function area including bar facility, all with the most up-to-date audio visual equipment.

 

The audio visual equipment available includes: laptop presentation abilities in PowerPoint and DVD, high definition projectors and screens, wireless Creston AV remote control panels, state-of-the-art sound system, 42" flat screen televisions, automated black-out blinds, and wheeled lectern with built-in power outlets, microphone and lecture light.

 

IIDA Members, Chapters and local non-profits are eligible for reduced rental rates.
